Order Deadline – Our cut-off for taking orders to ship the same day is 1pm AES time. Any orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.
Your Delivery Detail – We cannot be held responsible for any lost items where your delivery detail has an error. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.
Where We Ship To – We currently only ship within Australia and Tasmania.
Shipment Charges – We charge $10.00 for a single Perfect Alert shipment. If you wish to purchase more than one Wristband email us and we can arrange multiple Wristband shipments.
Shipping Method – We use Australia Post Tracked for all shipments. These services are not guaranteed within 24 hours but they generally meet their promise.
Tracking Details – We will supply tracking information once the item has been dispatched. We are happy to track any delivery ourselves if it is late.
Non Arrival – If the Wristband has been delivered according to the tracking information we would request you use all methods possible to check for delivery to neighbours etc. before contacting us.
